SUMMARY OF POSITION

The Regional Director will be responsible for successfully leading and coaching a team of Managing Partners to grow company revenue and profitability through Tidal Wave’s systems and processes.

Multi-Unit Casual Dinning / Restaurant Management experience is ideal and skill sets are similar.

This position requires full-time travel within a designated region across multiple states.

COMPENSATION

Total Compensation Package: $125,000+ annually

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Responsible for assigned Tidal Wave locations are delivering on company’s standards and policies.

- Lead and support Site Management to grow revenue and profitability.

- Responsible for meeting and exceeding all sites total revenue goals.

- Responsible for coaching Managing Partners in meeting and exceeding all company KPI goals.

- Complete site visits to ensure that Tidal Waves standards and polices are being followed and upheld.

- Conduct monthly calls with every Managing Partner to review KPIs and Metrics

- Support the development and implementation of company’s strategic priorities, regularly evaluating and measuring success.

- Support sites with equipment and point of sale issues.

- Initiate and communicate best practices to improve teams and processes.

- Work with Marketing, Training, and Human Resources on all initiatives, goals, and support services.

REQUIREMENTS

- 4+ years of Multi-Unit Experience Preferred

- Mechanical Inclination and Knowledge of equipment is preferred.

- Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.

- Ability to lift a moderate amount of weight.

- Willingness to work in all weather conditions.

- Drug Screen and Background Check Required.
