CSC / WDF is deliberately moving into the high growth “wash-dry-fold” vertical where consumers receive the ultimate in convenience and service – having their laundry done for them and at an affordable price point. These days, people want to save time, especially when it comes to tasks like laundry. Over the past year we have designed and piloted the “Wash-Dry-Fold” model with success and plan to expand and grow this business rapidly. Our pursuit of wash-dry-fold is rooted in meeting consumer demand and doing so with a winning business model that leverages our existing fixed assets.
OVERVIEW: Primarily responsible for implementing and managing baseline operations processes that guide WDF business execution, drive consumer adoption and usage, and secure new business opportunities within assigned area (multi-family housing (MFH) or Academic).
As a CSC Area Manager Operations, you’ll be an important part of what works. Your days may include:
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Providing leadership and guidance at the Business Unit level to WDF operations.
- Building consistency and quality of basic operational processes.
- Ensuring that operational tools and processes are in place and available. Train field operations on relevant WDF processes.
- Continually assess current deployments that influence the customer experience. Ensuring that our locations are up to standards and refreshed.
- Interface with sales team in evaluating marketing, adoption and pricing campaigns, and other aspects of our field marketing efforts.
- Managing, monitoring, and providing guidance to execution teams.
- Collaborating with outside agencies and other vendor partners.
- Providing leadership and guidance at the Business Unit level to WDF operations.
- Building consistency and quality of operational activities.
- Developing, executing, and supporting ongoing sales campaigns meant to drive adoption and use.
Key Management Responsibilities:
- Recruiting, hiring, and managing assigned team
- Delegating duties and assigning/scheduling work to meet deadlines
- Supporting employee development and providing training as needed
- Establishing team and individual employee goals
- Managing employee performance

In this role, you’ll need:
- High School Diploma; or 3-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals Proven ability to effectively present information to management and groups of employees, clients and customers
- High-level ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
Physical Requirements:
- This job requires 75%+ travel to multiple client locations within a geography
- Ability to lift and transport laundry bags weighing approximately 15-20 lbs.
Full-Time EmploymentSalary: $57,000 + Annual Incentive Plan
