Job description
Reports To: Director of Operations or Area Manager
Supervises: Team Leads and/or Cleaning Techs
Basic Function: Actively engage in the operations of the business by supporting needs as they arise. Be involved in the field by supervising and ensure quality.
Major Responsibilities:
- Scheduling: Work with Area Manager to ensure all jobs are covered on a daily basis
Cover accounts as needed
Assist in managing Team Leads and/or Cleaning Techs
Coordinate keys/alarm codes with front line Cleaning Techs
Train Cleaning Techs side by side on various accounts
Oversee Startup/Initial Clean Team
Actively recruit new team members
Perform Quality Checks on a consistent basis
Attend Monthly Meetings to discuss Scorecard
Coordinating supplies drop off and pick up
