1 Stone Solutions, LLC is a fast, growing Commercial Cleaning Services Company located in Houston, TX and is looking for an Area Supervisor to cover the greater Houston area. Founded in 2015, 1 Stone Solutions, LLC has seen tremendous growth since its incorporation. 1 Stone Solutions, LLC offers an array of services that include Nightly Janitorial, Day Porters, Maintenance Porters, Pressure Washing, Window Cleaning, Carpet Extraction, and Hard Floor Care.

• Solid computer and communication skills
• Customer relations; janitorial or similar experience
• Schedule: Full-time 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
• Willing to manage and visit multiple accounts in Houston
• Manage 30+ employees from several different accounts
• Manage time and attendance, coordinate new hire placement, screen applicants for hire, recruit to fill open positions, train new hires, track attendance
• Ordering supplies and equipment
• Conduct account inspections
• Manage hourly account budgets
• Communicate with customers, prepare reports and assist area manager in any other duties and responsibilities
• Bilingual Required: English & Spanish
• Mileage paid

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
