B.C.D. (Buchadian) Art And Music Studio in San Bruno, CA, is looking for one art program teacher to join our team. We are located at 249 El Camino Real, #5. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and reliable, passionate about working with children. We need someone who has reliable transportation to come to the studio for teaching the art for 2- 10 years old children, your resume need to indicate you had the experience working with children. ( we have lots of potential students)

Responsibilities:

*Planning lessons on art, crafting, art history by students' learning objectives. *Preparing the classroom by gathering and setting up equipment. *Developing students' creative drawing, creative coloring, and creative painting, clay making, crafting techniques. *Providing instruction on using media such as graphite and charcoal pencils, as well as oil, acrylic, and watercolor paint as needed. *Teaching students about art history, appreciate the Art. *Help to discover drawing contests for children and motivate them to try out the real world. *encourage everyone present their art work after the class and improve communication. *Recording and reporting on students' progress. *Ensuring that the classroom is clean after each lesson. *Monitoring inventory and sourcing art supplies as needed.

Qualifications

*Prior experience as an art teacher and working for 2-10 years old is preferable. *Demonstrated excellence in various art techniques, such as drawing age-appropriate art work for 2- 10 years old children *Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to communicate with parents and colleagues. *Capacity to supervise group work with less supervision. *Outstanding planning and problem-solving skills. *Supportive, flexible disposition. *Available to work during evenings, on occasion.

This is Program based position, and we will share the profit. Welcome artists. Come to join our team. We have a strong marketing team to help you promote your talent. We aim to help artists capable of working with children, host classes and use positive discipline method to work with families.

You will get the following:

*1st to 2nd month while we build up the program, the hourly rate will be around $35-$40, depending on your experience. *In 3rd month, once we have whole house students, and we will add more classes, you will get a percentage of the class profit. *Training at Classroom Management and Fines Art relate subject.
