ARTISAN BAKER (DAY SHIFT)
Easy Tiger, one of Austin’s most beloved brands, is currently seeking a Day Shift Artisan Baker to join our wholesale bakery team!
We boast one of the highest quality wholesale bakeries in the country featuring local, nutritious, beautiful bread that has no dough conditioners.
REPORTS TO: Bakery Production Manager SALARY / GRADE LEVEL: Hourly / Non-Exempt

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:
- Learning and honing the craft of baking from our skilled bakers
- Shaping & proofing a variety of unique breads
- Baking artisan breads using state of the art deck and convection ovens
- Mixing various doughs and starters while maintaining consistent quality and schedule
- Dipping and baking the best pretzels in town
- Maintaining cleanliness
- Putting away deliveries
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Previous bakery experience is a plus, but not required
- Passion for quality food & hospitality
- Team player with a friendly disposition towards a positive workplace
- Current Texas Food Handlers certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Ability to work standing for 8+ hours
