ABOUT US:
We are an established, busy, AAA approved, NAPA Autocare Center with certified ASE master technicians, owner operated automotive repair facility operating in Fruitland since 2016. Our goal is to provide our customers with a complete solution to their automotive repair needs by offering professional and courteous service, reasonable pricing while working within their budget, and continued support for the life of their vehicles. We take pride in keeping our equipment up to date and in good working order. We pay competitive wages with incentives; We offer a Simple IRA retirement with employer contribution, vacation, holidays, uniforms, a Monday thru Friday workweek, and so much more!
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage a schedule of repair orders conducive to a high level of customer service and volume
- Ensure our customers have timely contact
- Develop estimates and order parts in a timely manner to ensure productivity
- Manage a team of technicians
- Communicate effectively to customers and document every interaction with clarity
- Continuous improvement and development through paid training
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Outstanding communication and sales skills
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Great attitude with a high energy personality
- Superior customer service skills
- Automotive repair experience preferred
- Valid driver license
