Position: Asleep Overnight Counselor working with two women their AFC home

Hours: 4 nights on 4 nights off Rotating Schedule (ex. 10pm-8am) - times may vary based upon program needs. Hours may be extended to cover program support needs.

Wage differential per Asleep or Awake DSP

Description: Counselors (DSP's) are responsible for the health and well-being of the residents in their home. Responsibilities include but are not limited to; assisting with daily living skills, cooking, cleaning, medication administration, and working with individuals on goals/ outcomes.

Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age, have a reliable transportation to/from work. Applicants must pass a background study including fingerprint/ photo authorization in accordance with MN statutes. This is a female position due to the nature of the program. Experience preferred, Training will be provided!

• Duluth, MN: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
