DPI Staffing is hiring Assemblers for our client in Mountain Iron, Mn.

*
Rotating schedule. 4 day shifts, 4 off, 4 night shifts, 4 days off.

*
Pay is $21 an hour for day shift, $22 an hour for night shift.

*
$2 an hour attendance bonus incentive for every 2 week period without an unexcused absence.

Desired Experience and Qualities:

• Strong attention to detail
• Capable of understanding and following oral and written instructions
• Troubleshooting skills
• Maintain production and quality standards
• Ability to follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Ability to lift 30 lbs.
• Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment which requires standing for long periods of time
• Computer experience a plus
• Soldering Experience
• Previous manufacturing experience a plus
• Self-motivated
• Operate various production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Perform quality and testing procedures
• Feed raw materials to semi-automated machines
• Ability to perform visual inspections based on criteria
• Ability to work in a team setting safely and effectively
• Report defective materials or questionable conditions to supervisor
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition
• Soldering repair to be performed on solar cells
