- Lead the development of tooling and equipment solutions.
- Implement tooling and equipment with a zero disturbance mindset in operations, promote manufacturing safety, ergonomics, and efficiency.
- Establish and maintain the optimum tooling and equipment standards and best practices within the competency areas (fastening tools, lifting devices above-the-hook, lifting devices below-the-hook, material supply, fixtures, assembly aids, hand tools, and automated equipment).
- Active participation in new product development.
- Participate in major industrial projects, act as the technical expert for process equipment installations and work to implement cost-effective solutions that meet production, quality, and safety needs.

Requirements:
- Masters or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical preferred) or Associate's degree & equivalent experience required.
- Minimum 3-5 years of Tooling and Equipment Engineering experience.
- Experience in Catia, Creo, and AutoCAD - working knowledge of 2D/3D engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of ENOVIA, Windchill or other PDM Systems.
- Risk assessment and Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) experience.
- Ergonomic standards and practical application required.
- General awareness of OSHA guidelines and standards, ISO, ANSI.
- Excellent computer skills.
