Willcox Metal fabricators is a growing sign company in the south Texas area. We pride ourselves on our fine craftsmanship and our outstanding customer service. Currently, we are seeking energetic, committed, problem solving team players with attention to detail to fill several full time position in lighting / assembly departments. Experience is preferred, but we are motivated to train individuals that possess positive attitudes and are forward thinkers.

Job Responsibilities

Willing to train the right people.

Lighting / Assembly:

· Wiring of electric signs, including channel letters, cabinets, neon, LED displays, pylon signs.

· Reading and understanding work orders, and customer drawings.

· Experience in LED lighting preferred.

· Assembly of non-electric signs & electrical signs.

Vinyl:

· Follows a layout to place vinyl or full-color graphic images on a pre-determined substrate.

· Prepares substrates for application, which may include cutting, cleaning, and maintaining the substrates for vinyl application

· Weeds excess vinyl from computer cut images.
