A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ASSESSMENT NURSE
nAs an Assessment Nurse, you are proud to help seniors live their best lives in our assisted living community. Working closely with the wellness director, you complete routine and admission assessments for our residents. They appreciate your positive attitude as you competently assess what needs to be done. You provide warm and cheerful companionship to brighten each resident's day.
nYou also help with supervising medication management and general wellness issues that may arise. Always patient and kind, you work with all members of our healthcare team to provide outstanding care. Your gentle and respectful approach allows seniors to maintain their dignity as you help them.
