Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Assistant Administrator primary responsibilities include organizing and managing Hospital Board of Trustee’s meetings to include committee meetings and other Hospital affiliated Board meetings as required. This would include setting the agenda, taking minutes and managing board portal software. The assistant administrator would also be responsible for managing the administrative office, maintaining the CEO calendar and travel arrangements, and typing correspondence, memos, and organizing reports as required by the CEO. The Assistant Administrator would also be assigned special operational projects as needed.These responsibilities would include improving the interface between leaders, teams, and technology; projecting and monitoring cost and profit and loss for assigned projects. Other expectations include maintaining a working project management plan for assigned special projects to include regular periodic updates and next steps with deadlines and timeframes. This plan is intended to create an understanding of the strategic work in progress and the benefits of these initiatives such that organizational leadership can collaborate and prioritize resources and deliverables.
