The role

We are looking for an Assistant Branch Manager to join our team at LKQ Euro Car Parts. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is customer focused and experienced in maintaining the highest standards. The role sits within the LKQ Euro Car Parts branch network and will drive the daily operations of the branch, ensuring continuity to achieve a balanced performance and deliver exceptional core standards.

In partnership with the Branch Manager, you will ensure that our colleagues are engaged and have the necessary tools and resources to deliver great customer service, to implement new strategies to win new business and cement relationships with existing trade customers.

Not everyone can be a LKQ Euro Car Parts Assistant Branch Manager of course! Do you have what we need?

Experience: Experience managing KPI, sales margins, operations, resourcing and customer service, will be key to success in the role.

Skills: Ability to lead people and drive operational excellence while ensuring customer focus and branch retail standards are best in class

Characteristics: A target-driven individual with a strong work ethic, who is looking to join a great team in a fast-paced environment.
