Choc O Pain in Jersey City, NJ is looking for one assistant bread baker to join our 45 person strong team. We are located on 330 332 Palisade Avenue. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and reliable.

Choc O Pain (www.chocopainbakery.com), a successful French Bakery/Cafe ( winner of NYC Best Baguette in 2016 and Best Croissant in 2018) established in 2012 with 4 location in Hoboken and Jersey City
We are looking for a Bread Baker assistant to prepare different types of bread such as baguettes, sourdough...
Baker responsibilities include mixing dough, shaping bread and preparing ingredients. To be successful in this role, you should have work experience as a bread Baker at least 6 month .

*Experience as a Baker of bread making *Familiarity with all professional kitchen equipment, including mixers *Understanding of food safety practice *Excellent time-management skills *Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment *Flexibility to work in early morning shifts such as 6am, weekend and holiday
