This range is not a starting range but the full range of the position. Starting pay is based on experience.

The Assistant Department Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation in the absence of the Department Manager including minimizing expenses while ensuring that the store is optimally stocked and merchandised, and to provide amazing customer service. They contribute to the growth and development of the store associates. Required to stand for an extended period of time. Lift and move boxes of merchandise and fixtures throughout the store up to 40 pounds. Operate a personal computer. Climb a ladder.
