Founded in 2018, ELI Schools is a leading English language training company with three schools in Ireland. Focused on programs for adult students, we provide tuition, welfare, and tourism services to over three thousand students from over 40 countries per year.

As we will shortly open our fourth school in Limerick, we are seeking to hire a full-time Assistant Director of Studies to assist the Director of Studies in managing the growing teaching department and student population.

Aside from supporting a cohesive teaching team, your role will be to manage the full academic lifecycle of students from induction and orientation to ongoing progression and ultimately end of course exams. We are seeking someone who can look beyond the level test to understand the needs and motivations of our students, and who will inspire our teaching team to deliver first class learning experiences.

We are seeking a candidate with extensive teaching experience and ideally previous Senior Teacher or ADOS roles in Ireland or overseas. We are seeking a candidate who understands the dynamic working environment of a busy school and who is prepared to help wherever they can.

ADOS duties include:

• Assist in the recruitment, management, and development of the teaching team
• Forecast, plan and deliver student induction, orientation, progression, and testing
• Monitor student feedback to ensure we maintain high satisfaction levels
• Oversee attendance monitoring, reporting and compliance
• Manage class sizes and level capacity to balance cost efficiency with quality assurance

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: €30,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
