Huntington Learning Center in Doral has an immediate opening for a high-energy, outgoing professional for the Assistant Director position. This key position helps to run daily business operations while overseeing and managing front-end office and student instruction. Excellent growth potential.

Essential Functions Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Managing the daily schedule for students and teachers
• Managing front office activities: inquiries, schedule changes, payment close outs.
• You are the face of this wonderful center- smile!
• Monitoring and maintaining daily center activity.
• Working closely with students: administering evaluations and assisting new students.
• Providing quality customer service at all times.
• Participating in local marketing activities.

Experience, Skills, And Other Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
• Experience in a classroom setting, or experience working with school-aged children is preferred
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain organization.
• Computer skills -- must be computer literate at a general business-level (Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Zoom)
• Ability to excel in a continuously changing, competitive environment.
• Ability to thrive under frequent changes.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Successful candidates will have high levels of energy, enthusiasm, the ability to motivate others, and the ability to work in a TEAM environment.
• Successful candidates must also be customer service oriented and be able to juggle multiple tasks.

Pay : $37,500 + Sales based bonus

40 hr work week
