The Assistant Food Service Director is responsible for assisting the Director to ensure that quality nutritional services are provided and the department is maintain in a clean safe and sanitary manor according to federal, state and local regulations. You will assist with the ordering, receiving, storage and preparation of the menu products and ensure the residents at our 120 bed facility receive a nutritional meal. Prefer candidate with experience in a SNF healthcare or hospital setting, however we are willing to train the right person. The right candidate should possess a CDM (Certified Dietary Manager) certificate or be willing to obtain one.We offer a competative salary with benefits including, Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Vacation time, Sick Pay, and 401k.
