Job description

Foreman assistant must have basic computer experience for email and correspondence, as well as excellent organizational, leadership skills and ash haul procedure. Supervising experience is a plus. While managing a team you must ensure all safety regulations are enforced, must have heavy equipment experience, ability to communicate and report effectively, work independently and as a team, organize and complete daily paperwork on time. Monitor your team attendance, timesheet entries, delegate general and daily responsibilities. Attendance is an essential function of this position. When needed the foreman assistant will be required to coordinate daily operations and complete administrative documentation. The Foreman Assistant will instruct and lead the team on-site while adhering to project deadlines. This position is an 8-hour night shift Tuesday through Saturday.

Candidates must pass a drug test and a background check.
