Assistant Housekeeping Manager - Hampton Inn Durango
Position Summary:
Supervise Guest Room Attendants, Laundry Attendants and Housemen. Assign job tasks, inspect clean rooms, and continuously train staff, ensuring excellent guest service. Promote teamwork and associate morale.
Essential Functions:
- Provide the highest quality of service to the guest at all times and anticipate and exceed guest expectations.
- Ensuring that all housekeeping spaces are maintained at the highest cleanliness levels and all housekeeping tasks are performed daily;
- Supervise Housekeeping staff including Room Attendants, Laundry Attendants and Housemen.
- Oversee staffing levels and make adjustments to ensure service levels are met within labor guidelines.
- Oversee the housekeeping schedules and duties;
- Perform inventories of supplies and order for par levels
- Report all items in need of repair and maintain equipment used in work.
- Must be able to work a 40- hour work week which may include weekends and on-call hours
Qualifications:
- Previous Housekeeping leadership experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
