We are looking for a Assistant Janitorial Operations Manager. ABM is well established and recognized for its commitment to providing only top talent to all clients. You will be leading your team to achieve the highest results possible showing your high potential for Leadership.
Position Summary Details:
Directly responsible for the overall administration and profitable operation of a project (s) including the development of employees, expense/labor control, and sales growth.
Functional Accountabilities:
- Maintains financial responsibility for all expenses, wages, billing, receivables, and purchasing for customers in the assigned project.
- Aggressively seeks new tag sales opportunities.
- Maintains all customer contract specifications and responds to customer issues, including inspections.
- Approves all job-based payroll budgets for the project(s).
- Assist in develop of replacements for leadership positions.
Job Expectations:
- Meet the Project (s) budget on a monthly/quarterly basis.
- Grow the project (s) revenue by generating tag sales.
- Provide an environment that will allow subordinates to grow and develop skills for future advancement.
- Control labor costs for the project (s) to maintain a budget.
- Lead by example: adhere to Corporate, Division, and Region policies.
- Provide support and leadership in special projects/initiatives as directed by the Branch Manager.
- Where applicable; maintain a working relationship with labor unions.
- Set up monthly tenant (s) visitation schedule which includes compliance inspections and timely reporting. (i.e. banking, retail, etc).
Pay: $22 - $24 (DOE)
Job Development:
- Attend at least one outside Management Program that enhances your skills in sales and management and actively shares that knowledge with other managers.
