We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team and help lead our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management, customer service, and problem-solving. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, providing guidance to staff, and ensuring that all customer needs are met. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels.
• Ensure that customer service standards are met.
• Train and supervise staff members.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for the store.
• Monitor sales performance and take corrective action when needed.
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $717.00 - $748.00 per week
