Jack & Jones is one of Europe's leading producers of Menswear with more than 1000 stores across 38 countries. We are currently looking to recruit a deputy manager for our store in dundalk. The ideal candidate will be a fashion-forward individual who is looking to build a career in Retail.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for assisting the store manager with the day-to-day running of the store.

- Required to lead by example at all times and maintain a sales-driven mind-set

- Responsible for carrying out team "pit stop" meetings, motivating the team to provide a high level of customer service, and also toward achieving sales targets.

- Responsible for assisting store manager with product training, Jack & Jones service concept training, and the overall training and development of the team.

- Liaising with both the store manager and the head office team in relation to certain aspects of the business.

Necessary Skills/Experience:

- Previous experience in a similar role/in a fast-paced fashion retail environment is essential.

- Proven track record of both motivating and managing a team.

- Proven track record of achieving both sales targets & KPIs.

- Proven experience with regard to the training and development of a team.

- A desire to succeed is also necessary.
