Jimmy Johns is currently hiring shift managers and assistant managers in the Indianapolis market. We are looking for someone to be a part of one of the fastest growing restaurants in the nation. We offer competitive pay with bonus incentives
Job Duties:
- Hire, train, and coach 20-40 employees
- Control costs such as food and labor
- Set monthly, yearly, and weekly goals
- Lead by example
- Execute catering orders and provide freaky fast customer service
- Responsible for all daily functions in unit
Job Requirements:
- A positive attitude and the ability to be coached
- 100% effort everyday
- Previous job experience
- Ability to spend 8 hrs on your feet and lift 40 lbs
- Must be 18 with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation and insurance
Compensation:
- Competitive pay and some managers are eligible for our bonus plan
