The Assistant Manager is responsible for running daily operations of the restaurant. Managing Huey Magoo’s level of standards in all areas of operations, include but not limited to ensuring the highest quality products and services are delivered to our guests. Leading a team of fifteen to twenty people. Building relationships with guests and co-workers. Train and develop team members, controlling food, paper, and labor costs, safety, guest and vendor relations, restaurant maintenance, and inventory management. This can be a full time or part time position. The manager shifts would be closing the restaurant two nights a week. Then you can work as an employee to get to full time ours. This is a good opportunity with a small growing company.Applicant must have a positive can do attitude, excellent communication, organization, problem solving, and leadership skills. Previous leadership or management experience is recommended for this applicant. Ability to lift 50lbs and work weekends/holidays.
