Assistant Manager

We are looking for leaders who exude an outgoing, energetic, positive, friendly, and fun personality. The Assistant Manager is responsible for leading a team of baristas, assisting in training exercises, and maintaining an efficient workflow in a particular Scooter’s location. This role helps ownership and the manager to build and lead a friendly, service-oriented barista team, set a high-energy work pace, drive sales, increase profit, and serve as the team leader when the manager is unavailable. The Store Supervisor exemplifies the core values and delivers “Amazing drinks…. Amazingly fast”.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Help create a fun, positive, loving, “amazing” work environment
• Assist store manager with on-boarding duties, particularly training and retaining team members.
• Ensures consistent and quality customer experiences by executing beverage recipes accurately and maintaining a friendly demeanor
• Maintaining speed of service standards, managing efficient workflow, and utilizing down time to prepare for next rush
• Assist with inventory management and Harvest Orders
• Uphold team morale by discouraging drama and encouraging strong team unity
• Coach and provide feedback to co-workers for continued improvement of performance
• Demonstrate punctuality, dependability, and adaptability
• Assist Store Manager with administrative duties as requested

• Frequent spinal and wrist movement
