Job description

In this position, assistant will be asked to do a number of tasks including, but not limited to floor management, theatrical projection, maintaining a clean work space and adhering to food service regulations. Assistant will be responsible for ensuring floor staff remains occupied and all tasks are completed fully. Tasks will be given by the General Manager and the assistant will assign them to staff as they see fit. Assistant will make regular deposits at a local bank, maintain a daily safe count and count of the unit's stock. In the General Manager's absence, assistant will be fully in charge and must be able to represent the company in the same way that the General Manager would. Prior management experience is preferred. Guest service experience is a must.
