Experienced Assistant Manager required for The North Face Cork
Candidates must have the following to be considered:
- At least 1 year of related experience in junior or senior management
- Strong verbal communication
- Ability to build constructive and effective relationships with employees and customers
- Proven leaderships and motivation skills
- Foster teamwork
Role will include:
- Supervise employees to ensure all daily tasks and targets are communicated and executed
- Report into General Manager
- Assist customers if they have concerns and questions
- Motivate employees to succeed and improve in order to bring customer service to a higher level
- Ensure the store is always properly stocked and deliveries are processed in a timely manner
- Cash handling and key holder
