The Assistant Manager is expected to continually coach and train their team. They are expected to learn and perform administrative job duties that are required for daily operations. The Assistant Manager is responsible for monitoring their team and ensuring they uphold our Essentials, Fundamentals, Policies and Procedures, which provides a consistent and exceptional experience for our customers.
