As an Assistant Manager within Shopper/Category management you will be at the heart of decision, projects and innovation for our crisps and snacks within our EU markets. As a valued member of this team you will contribute to the update of the Crisps and Snack category vision while partnering with Customer teams, Supply chain, Marketing and Sales to ensure all challenges/inputs are considered in final plan

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• 
  Accountable for the execution of the Shopper/Category Management strategic plan that delivers against our Deploy for Growth targets
• Category / Customer voice in the Brand Team, the Shopper/Category Management manager will build the commercial agenda and ensure that all activities developed in the Brand team will create value and reinforce our Category strategy
• Support Brand team on all activities by providing Commercial Assumptions built with each Market for Innovations and commercial initiatives. Ensure Commercial sufficiency within all initiatives, plans and tactics; share and integrate Shopper/Category Management Expertise to the initiative’s toolboxes.
• Deliver strong customer selling deck and shopper toolkits in collaboration with E2E team for Innovations and Commercial Initiatives ( PI / CI)
• Track the performance of our initiatives, sharing fact-based insights to leadership, the regions and project teams
• Gather and analyze consumer, customer, brand and business insights to develop commercial ideas that drive growth in collaboration with I&P

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

• 
  You will have 2 to 4 years FMCG industry experience with a minimum 2 years of sales or Marketing experience- category management experience would be beneficial.
• Strong numerical, analytical – you must be comfortable with Nielsen / IRI analysis tools
• Demonstrated project management experience with expertise in managing multiple projects through competing and conflicting priorities and deadlines
• You will be an assertive and confident person who can wok autonomously, with the ability to effectively engage and influence leadership teams and commercial leads
