We are looking for a friendly, responsible and energetic Assistant Manager to join our family at our Tustin location. We’ve been a family run business for over 35 years and need leaders who want to continue to build our brand.

Our Assistant Managers support our teams by:

· Being Accountable – for daily operations

· Organized – to efficiently run teams

· Reliable – we need to be able to count on you

· Enthusiastic – to support staff and provide great customer service

Job Duties:

· Oversee daily operations

· Maintain top quality assurance and guest service standards

· Focus on building sales

· Plan and organize schedules

· Support development plan for existing personnel

· Delegate responsibilities and tasks

· Remain accountable for all profit and loss figures

· Oversee talent development as well as counseling

· Weekly communications with GM

Physical Requirements:

· Able to be mobile and perform the physical requirements of the job to include: bending, kneeling, stooping, reaching, pushing, pulling and repetitive motions

· Able to understand, remember and follow basic instructions and guidelines and perform basic operations

· Basic Computer skills including Excel and Word

· Be able to lift 25 lbs and stand for long periods of time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.50 per hour
