ChampionX has an immediate need for an Assistant Marketing Manager for our Western Hemisphere Product Marketing Group located in Sugar Land, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for managing part of the US Land PCT product and innovation portfolio.

What You Will Do:

• Manage the PCT Product portfolio for part of the USL region

• Actively drive Portfolio Management to maintain and grow product line profitability; Product Lifecycle Management duties include optimization of product portfolio, monitoring & communication of product line profitability and lifecycle metrics, evaluation of products for competitive decisions, gatekeeping to minimize product proliferation and supply chain optimization.

• Act as a Project Manager for assigned innovation projects critical to the growth of the region, partnering with RD&E.

• Work on cross-functional, cross-regional teams to drive global innovation via ideation, project management and commercialization

• Develop and maintain global Preferred Product Line digital catalogs by sharing knowledge of technology, profitability, sourcing across global regions.

• Develop in-depth customer and market knowledge. Communicate market needs and opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree

• Five to six years of professional experience or advanced degree with three to four years of experience.
