Job Summary
Please note this position is requiring advanced verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
Responsible for the delivery of projects across multiple functional groups and manages stakeholders' needs. Secures required resources, and uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks, issues and changes. Manages projects to ensure on-time completion according to specifications and within budgeted costs. Develops and delivers projects (including developing project plans/task lists) and identifies stakeholders' needs. Responsible for mentoring and monitoring team bandwidth.
Responsibilities
Manages mid-level complexity customer deployments
Creates and communicates with customers simple project plans for standard project milestones
Has a general technical knowledge of Equinix products/processes
Manages activities of cross-functional groups to ensure commitments are met
Handles mid-level escalations independently (manager-assisted otherwise)
Resolves standard issues independently (complex with manager assistance)
Awareness of key stakeholders across functional areas, and is able to map out stakeholder lists
Able to identify the needs of stakeholders to keep them informed and updated on the progress of the deployment
Qualifications
Advanced verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English
Bachelor’s degree preferred
2+ years of Project Management or similar experience
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:
San Francisco, CA / Bay Area: $78 000 to $124 000
California (Non-SF/Bay Area), Connecticut, Maryland, New York, New Jersey, Washington state: $72 000 to $114 000
Colorado, Nevada, Rhode Island: $65 000 to $103 000
Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.
This position may be offered in other locations. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
