This position is located 100% on-site at the campus.

What You'll Do::
The Campus Coordinator provides administrative and clerical support to the BSN Program Manager.

  • Reviews prospective student transcripts and admissions documents in preparation for review by the BSN Program Manager.
  • Identifies missing documents in a student file.
  • Communicates professionally and efficiently with students to secure missing documents.
  • Completes the acceptance and registration process for prospective students who are accepted to Arizona College of Nursing.
  • Performs general clerical duties such as organizing, filing, shredding, and photocopying documents; maintains office files, student files, and other appropriate records.
  • Maintains confidential files and processes related documents, including admissions records.
  • Assists with new student orientation.
Other Duties as Assigned.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Two (2) + years’ clerical or administrative experience, preferably in higher education.
  • Possesses professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information and highly sensitive matters.
  • Able to organize, prioritize, and multi-task in an extremely dynamic environment.
  • Adept at using Microsoft Office products
