Job description: As a Restaurant Manager, you are responsible for living out our brand purpose: bring flavor to people’s lives. You will do this by leading your team using our 3 cultural pillars: hospitality, positivity, and performance. A Restaurant Manager is someone who has passion for Qdoba’s food and customers and encourages their team members to do the same. Restaurant Managers serve as positive and professional role models to all team members, they do what’s right and support ethical behaviors. Lastly, General Mangers work with their Team Leaders to create a positive environment with respectful employees who are ready to bring their best to work every day.

Requirements:

- Join forces with the management team to create a flavorful environment

- Be ready to serve and greet with energy and positivity to earn the return of guests and team members

- Be approachable and visible to both team members and guests

- Follow all food safety standards (No exceptions!)

- Develop, train and coach team members

- Motivate through positive reinforcement, gratitude, and recognize great performance

- Confidence in the development and leading of team

- Be all in: recruit and interview to grow your team

- Have pride in who you are and what you do

- High school diploma

- Reliable transportation

- Be open to working a variety of shifts

- Be able and willing to perform all duties and responsibilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
