One Up Vapor is a vape juice manufacturing company located in Santa Fe Springs, CA. We manufacture and sell to shops here in the United States and around the world. We are looking to employ a highly driven Assistant Sales Manager (ASM) to assist the Sales Manager with the day-to-day running of our business and sales team potential. You should also be able to delegate tasks to the sales staff in the absence of the Sales Manager. Our ideal candidate should demonstrate exceptional leadership skills and ensure that sales staff comply with company policies and guidelines.

Compensation

• COMPETITIVE PAY
• Starting pay range $19.00 - $28.00
• Pay increases as fast as your progress does

Requirements

• Must have a laptop to keep track of orders
• Available Mon-Fri 9-5 (no night shift or weekend hours)

Responsibilities

• Assisting Sales Manager in planning effective sales strategies
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by assisting with successfully managing the sales team
• Supervising and guiding the sales team as well as providing incentives to motivate staff to achieve sales targets
• Coaching and performance monitoring the performance of the sales team
• Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Performing all duties of the Sales Manager in cases of absence or emergency

Skills

• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills. Able to motivate and manage a team of sales representatives.
• Successful previous experience as a sales representative or assistant sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
