We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers to lead teams and manage retail stores. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in these efforts and assume leadership responsibilities in the Store Manager's absence. The ideal candidates will have strong leadership skills, a passion for retail, and a proven track record of success in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales by leading the sales team, analyzing sales reports, and implementing sales strategies.
- Ensure excellent customer service by leading by example, coaching and training the sales team, and resolving customer complaints.
- Manage inventory by conducting regular inventory counts, ordering products, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Ensure store compliance with company policies and procedures, including but not limited to cash handling, loss prevention, and safety.
- Manage store finances by tracking expenses, managing payroll, and controlling costs.
- Hire, train, and manage the sales team, including scheduling, performance management, and conducting regular team meetings.
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, merchandising, and operations, to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Assist in the development and implementation of store policies and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, customer needs, and product knowledge.
- Assume leadership responsibilities in the Store Manager's absence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, retail, or a related field preferred, but not required.
- Minimum of 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and loss prevention.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
