La Casa Montessori School is looking for a part-time assistant teacher. Hours are between 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. The ideal candidate is available any time during these hours. The preferred candidate will be bilingual in Spanish and English.

La Casa Montessori is proud to offer a full Spanish immersion Montessori educational experience for children ages 15 months to 11 years old in the Oak Park community. La Casa is looking for a full-time Assistant Teacher to work with children ages 15 months to 3 years old. This position is for a hard-working, nurturing individual with teaching experience and a passion to work with young students. This is a Spanish Immersion program so being fluent in Spanish is required. An associate degree in early childhood education or equivalent is preferred, high school diploma or equivalent is required. A valid Driver's license and a functional car are also required in order to pick up after-school students from the local public schools. The ideal candidate works well as a team member, performs duties with professionalism, and brings a positive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
