Company OverviewSoftWash Systems - Ark SoftWash We provide excellent customer service, soft washing homes and businesses. Soft washing provides an alternative to pressure washing. We use water-based, biodegradable chemicals that emulsify dirt and grime, breaks down bugs nests, and cobwebs, as well as kills mold, mildew, algae, and bacteria, and sanitizes the surface we are cleaning. Soft washing uses only one-third the water of pressure washing, lasts four to six times longer, and doesn’t erode the surface, as pressure washing often can. Job SummaryYou assist the Lead Tech in providing outstanding service in soft washing homes and businesses exteriors. This is an entry level position in our company. No experience is required. You will work side-by-side with hands on training and fulfill the daily production goals. Additionally, you'll have access to online training to gain certifications and self-determine your rate of advancement! Asst. Tech is a first step position that allows us to evaluate your Performance, Work Ethic, and Attitude to determine when you're ready for advancement to a Lead Tech.
As the Assistant Technician, it will be your duty to fully support the Lead Technician. You will work directly with the Lead Technician in the field to assist and ensure that we are delivering the highest quality of care and service for our clients! Assistant Technicians are the backbone of our company! This is a physical role that will require you to assist on the job site by pulling hoses, moving ladders, brushing, cleaning gutters, watering plants, applying our cleaning solutions, and other various physical activities.

• Can you provide excellent Customer Service?
• Can you follow up to ensure that all work areas are ready, and all equipment is working properly?
• Are you detailed oriented to make sure the truck is prepared for the day based on your jobs for the day?
• Can you protect customers' property and landscaping from physical and chemical damages once trained?
• Do you always have safety in mind for both you and those around you?
• Can you follow instructions to make sure proper chemical concentration are used to provide a quality cleaning?

• Do you have exceptional customer service skills?

• Are you able to stand 6-10 hours a day?
• Are you able to climb ladders?
• Can you lift and carry up to 45 lbs.?
