Job description

The AVP of Quality and Compliance will provide direct day-to-day supervision of staff in the CQI Department, monitor all job tasks to ensure accurate and timely completion, provide guidance and support to staff on all areas required by the department. The AVP of Quality and Compliance will also participate in departmental hiring and termination decisions, represent the department internally and externally if required and participate in the effective and efficient functioning of the department.

Education & Experience

Masters in Social Sciences, required. 5 to 8 years of experience at quality improvement, compliance or investigation is required. 6-8 years of supervisory experience required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
