Touchmark at Fairway Village is Southwest Washington's premier retirement community. Our goal is to enrich the lives of residents and families through five-star hospitality, services, and amenities. We are currently seeking the right person to join our team as a Assisted Living Administrator!
The Assisted Living Administrator will oversee the management and maintenance of care for all residents living in our Assisted Living and Memory Care Neighborhood. This person will be accountable for such duties as employee recruitment and development within the care team; budget, profitability, and quality improvement of the assisted living and memory care program; ensuring compliance with state and federal agencies; and acting as a liaison between residents, physicians, families, and appropriate health care resources to coordinate the highest level of care for each resident.
Our Assisted Living and Memory Care Neighborhoods utilize the Best Friends Approach to care. Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree and at least four years of healthcare management experience, or associate’s degree and at least six years of healthcare management experience;
- Minimum of two years' experience in assisted living management;
- Proficiency with computers required, including intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Current valid AL Administrator License preferred;
- Current Registered Nurse license a plus, but not required;
- Be accountable for the planning and coordination of resident care, employee development, and continued quality improvement in our licensed care neighborhoods;
- Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment.
