The Position: PT LPN Montebello, NY 10901

• The PT LPN will perform tasks and responsibilities in one of our Assisted Living Facilities under the direction of the Registered Nurse. CHHA experience preffered.
• Shifts are Flexible

What we are looking for:

• NYS LPN License.
• CHHA Experience preferred.
• Home care experience a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be COVID 19 Vaccinated
