Key Responsibilities

• Create templates, models and tools to drive the planning, forecasting and budgeting processes
• Work with department leaders to complete the planning, forecasting and budgeting processes
• Support divisions in maintaining three year project roadmap
• Track and report division metrics and variances to expected performance
• Coordinate, review, and reconcile invoices with contractual terms and operations for key expenses
• Develop advanced financial models and conduct analysis using a broad range of quantitative tools and techniques (trend analyses on past financial and operational performance, root cause analyses, analysis of profitability drivers, scenario modeling for future options, unit-cost benchmarking, etc.)
• Develop business cases and scenario models to drive better business decisions
• Create reports and presentations for senior leadership
• Develop expertise in analyses focusing on specialized functions (e.g. IT, CRE, Legal)
• Review, create, code and process expenses to relevant accounts
• Conduct expense reporting and related analysis of leasing portfolio
• Other duties as assigned or directed

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and related working experience
• Strong data gathering and analysis skills
• Strong proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to make recommendations based on data and analysis
• Ability to maintain confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent
• 1 years experience in financial analysis
• Expert level knowledge in Excel, including the ability to develop complex multivariable models that may require programming in visual basic for applications
• Airline experience
