Currently, we are seeking an Associate Clinical Director to support our region in Plano, TX. This territory includes the Dallas and Southlake areas as well.
The Associate Clinical Director manages and oversees all aspects of regional operations that are related to providing treatment to children with special needs. Regional operations will consist of approximately initial start-up of services through 3000 hours per month of clinical care being delivered. This position will work closely with the Executive Clinical Director (licensed BCBA) and/or Vice President of Operations (licensed BCBA) to ensure that all roadblocks to deliver services in the region are navigated to service clients most effectively.

Clinical Management Duties
- With support implement audit and evaluation tools to assess clinical services at the supervisory level
- With support serve as the primary resource for their region in ensuring that Clinical Supervisors are delivering services in accordance with ALP expectations
- Support with the implementation of clinical standardization procedures
Operational Management Duties
- With support oversee all clinical and administrative operations within the region
- Work with the Chief of Growth and Strategy and the Support Center staff to ensure that agency-wide processes and procedures are being executed efficiently to support clients and staff
- Manage all Supervisors within their region
- Drive to clinical and operational excellence through management of the Balanced Scorecard and the key metrics for their region and/or sub-region
- Oversee purchasing as needed
- Communicate business development and operations information to corporate executive team either independently or in collaboration with their immediate supervisor
- Maintain funding agency relationships either independently or in collaboration with their regional Sr. Clinical Director or Executive Director
- Oversee management of employees at all levels either independently or in collaboration with their regional Executive Director
- Develop and implement actions to ensure positive employee relations either independently or in collaboration with their regional Executive Director
- Coordinate with corporate departments including HR, billing, contracts/credentialing, accounting, etc. to address needs and meet goals either independently or in collaboration with their regional Executive Director
Qualifications
- BCBA Certification required
- At least 5 years of demonstrated clinical and operations management
- Experience working in behavioral healthcare or related industry
- Master’s Degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field required
