About this role:
This role is responsible for a critical area within the LenelS2 business – development of a portfolio covering products and services for the enterprise market segment. You will own and optimize the product life cycle, support revenue and profitability of the portfolio focusing on software, recurring and managed services including evolution of edge devices and partner network.
Reporting into LenelS2 Engineering Director and collaborating with the product managers, sales and global engineering you will ensure our enterprise roadmap meets key segment needs and outcomes in this evolving space. You will take a strategic view of leading the enterprise portfolio including execution of cloud and on-premise product roadmaps, support of large scale global customers as well as expanding partner network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Definition of enterprise security portfolio – products and services
- Collaborate with global engineering and product teams to deliver on product roadmaps
- Focus on existing product development as well new cloud based solutions
- Determine initial services partners and define levels of interaction with each
- Drive culture of innovation, customer focus, agility, and speed across the enterprise delivery teams
- Identify, document and prioritize product gaps and growth / innovation opportunities.
- Alongside assigned Program Manager actively participate in the NPD process and manage delivery to product launch
- Liaise deeply and iteratively with Engineering throughout the development process.
- Support product launches in the enterprise segment
- Drive and promote agile development methodologies along with metrics driven culture
- Develop talent and provide mentorship to global team members in the area of enterprise security operations
- Management responsibilities with leading global teams
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years’ experience in Engineering or Technical Operations
- 10+ years’ experience managing a large Enterprise deployment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree recommended
