- Responsible for working with the Head of U.S. Compliance Governance in development, monitoring and oversight of the U.S. Compliance Governance program, with specific oversight of
- Program Management,
- Business Management, inclusive of budget,
- Compliance Reporting and related data analytics, and governance
- Support leadership, coverage and development of U.S. Compliance Governance initiatives including, but not limited to, Regulatory Change, Issues Management, and Policies.
- Lead by example and provide support and guidance to Compliance Governance team peers
Program Management
- Lead and/or drive key Compliance initiatives forward from identification to closure.
- Provide tracking, status updates and related reporting to any key initiatives.
- Work closely with relevant subject matter experts and senior management stakeholders.
- Manage technical enhancements related to U.S. Compliance, as applicable.
Business Management
- Work with the Head of U.S. Compliance Governance or own various business management initiatives.
- Support monitoring, managing and tracking the U.S. Compliance budget.
- Perform and support annual self-assessment exercises to capture the present business environment.
- Serve as point of general point of contact for various business management and budget initiatives.
Internal Reporting
- Summarize and prepare reporting for various Compliance related forums and committees.
- Serve as point of contact for various Compliance reports.
- Prepare internal and Board of Directors level reporting, and promotes information sharing of existing and new material regulatory issues. Also support enterprise-wide reporting programs, such as RegComp, by recording and updating results of regulatory exams, issues, and investigations.
- Work closely with partners in other Functions and segments, to ensure consistent, insightful and clear messaging to senior management.
- Control, support and lead data analytics and governance efforts.
The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $110,000 - $190,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
