Job description
Our Associate, Information Technology is responsible to accomplish tasks in a daily basis such as several security access requests, including through the ORS, new user creation due to new hires, and removal of access due to termination or job codes change.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Evaluates and execute in daily basis the access request received from units
- Comply with all internal and external client SLAs to provide the access requested
- Enforce the change control management, logs, and auditing controls
- Accomplishes user access in QAT, Development and Production environments.
- Assist in designing and developing data security and control measures to address identified risks.
- Work in multi-organizational teams.
- Create proper documentation
- Management of role-based security
- Validate and Identify issues in the discrepancies report process

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science preferred; other technical and/or Administrative Degree can be considered.
- One (1) to three (3) years of relevant experience dealing with different types of computer environments; experience in banking environments is desired.
- Minimum education and experience required can be substituted with the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge skills and abilities.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft environments.
- Excellent analytical skills
- Analyze business needs and understand the operational workflow
- Advanced knowledge of bank policies, procedures, regulations and compliance.
- Excellent communication on both languages: Spanish and English.
