What will you do?

• Manage the marketing strategy aiming to build customer acquisition and increase engagement
• Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
• Work collaboratively with brand, DTC (Direct to Consumer), App team and Marketing teams across the Instant Brands portfolio.
• Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of campaigns
• Manage the creative development and execution of marketing assets, including testing and optimization, this may involve direct management of internal and external design resource
• Develop themes around key moments/milestones, capturing key pop culture trends, seasonal moments, etc.
• Track KPIs and results with the ability to adapt to quick changes based on conversion rates
• Use data analysis to provide ongoing recommendations and optimizations and evolve the future marketing strategy
• Provide recommendations to DTC team on promotions, banners, communication based on insights.
• Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
• Maintain awareness of competitive landscape and industry trends to help identify new opportunities.

If you have some or all of the below, we want to talk to you!

• 2-3 years’ experience in marketing
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in business, marketing or a related field
• Experience developing marketing plans
• Balance between analytical and creative
• Experience in strategy and execution of email marketing
• Strong communication, presentation and copywriting skills
• Understands how to work with KPIs and analyze data
• Experience in building emails is a plus
