Job description
The Associate Director promotes the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children under his/her care and works with the school staff to create an environment of learning while keeping parents informed of the progress of their child. Regularly opens in the morning and closes the School in the evening (at least 50% of the time).

- Must meet state licensing requirements for a level 3 Director position. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, child development, or a related field.
- Must meet all standards and requirements relating to background checks, fingerprinting, education, and experience as set by the state and accreditation agent.
- Must have at least two years of experience in a licensed childcare School with at least one year as a director in a licensed childcare School or as required by specific state statutes or regulatory authority.
- Must be able to communicate both verbally and in writing, in the English language.
- Must meet Company driving standards where applicable.
